SERVICES
We help you design and execute products that look right, feel right, and ultimately enable a great user experience.
Are you an entrepreneurial inventor or large business? Have a rough product idea and need help creating a development roadmap or simply need us to help complete a few specific tasks where you lack resources? We’re happy to assist in each case.
Our focus and capabilities are below, and it’s important to say that we approach each project and task as a healthy collaboration with a client, without needless pretentiousness or overt pressure that simply gets in the way.
PRODUCT INSIGHTS
Great products happen when we have a solid understanding of the product context and unearth the variables that underlie customer problems, relevant wants and real needs. Focusing on the most impactful opportunities that extend from these is critical to success.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
The Double-Diamond diagram is useful visual to provide a basic overview of our fundamental design process approach, the first version of which was created by the Design Council, and our modified version that is shown below.
However, given that each client and project have unique requirements, we’re not absolutely rigid in this approach and instead tailor services to your specific needs depending where you stand with your particular project.
